Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a kitchen role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification and allergy-awareness training are a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Follow proper cooking techniques across grilling, frying, roasting, baking, and sautéing.
• Monitor food temperatures, times, and quantities to prevent waste and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with culinary team and management to refine menu items and promotions.
• Experiment with ingredients and techniques to create innovative dishes.
• Stay informed about culinary trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen environment and proper storage.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Support colleagues with dishwashing, plating, and garnishing.
