Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Grill, fry, roast, bake, and sauté; ensure proper temperatures and portions.
• Collaborate with culinary team to refine items and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and storage as needed.
