Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.
• ServeSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within 3-month introductory period.
• Experienced in all cooking stations and methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and follow established recipes.
• Support kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation during each service.
• Assist in training and development of line cooks and prep staff.
