Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Cook III to join our culinary team and lead a designated station, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficient preparation across multiple techniques. This role offers exposure to various kitchen areas and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

The position requires 3 years of line and fine dining experience, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a culinary degree or related hotel experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of line and fine dining experience required.
• Flexibility to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to multi-task and work as part of a team.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee designated station(s) and check quality of finished food.
• Utilize knife skills and ensure efficient preparation methods.
• Prepare items using braising, smoking, grilling, broiling, blanching, sautéing, and other techniques.
• Assist Chef de Cuisine and supervisors; support fellow culinary staff at all cook levels.
