Zachry Hotels is seeking a Cook III to prepare high-quality dishes in a full-service hotel environment. You will handle multiple stations, ensure recipe accuracy, and support culinary leadership with training and coordination with servers.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and relevant kitchen experience; culinary school or formal apprenticeship is a plus. The role offers opportunities across banquet, outlet, and room service operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Cook II or similar experience preferred in a full-service hotel or high-volume kitchen.
• Culinary school training or formal apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Work multiple stations (saute, grill, broiler, pantry, hot line) as needed.
• Coordinate timing with servers to ensure timely service and maintain ticket flow.
• Maintain mise en place, proper portioning, and presentation across dishes.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and FIFO rotation; report equipment issues promptly.
