Montage International seeks a passionate Cook II to collaborate with associates, mentor junior staff, and uphold our high culinary standards. This role combines culinary skill with guest service, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold foods, guiding junior staff, and maintaining sanitation and food knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team with strong communication.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Passionate about storytelling with food and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold foods to hotel standards.
• Collaborate with associates to meet production goals.
• Mentor Cook III and kitchen staff.
• Maintain knowledge of sanitation and culinary techniques.
• Fulfill guest orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Restock supplies and keep work area clean.
• Contribute to WOW moments for guests.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
