The Cook II at Fairmont Orchid’s Brown’s Beach House leads a culinary team in a vibrant AAA Four Diamond oceanfront restaurant. You will implement the vision of the Chef, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality preparations aligned to our Hawaii Regional Cuisine.
