Job summary

Fox Theatre in Atlanta seeks a Lead Cook to join our Culinary team. This full-time, hands-on role oversees hot and cold production for shows, catering, and concessions, guiding Prep Cooks and maintaining quality across high-volume events.

Requires 3–4 years of production cooking, strong leadership, and ServSafe certification. You will follow food safety protocols and collaborate with chefs and FOH to deliver premier guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred.
• Three to four years of production cooking experience in high-volume settings.
• ServSafe Manager certification required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Produce menu items for premium events, catering, and concessions using standard recipes.
• Lead hot or cold sides during service and supervise Prep Cooks.
• Monitor holding temperatures and document logs.
• Direct station setup, breakdown, and stock rotation.
• Attend departmental meetings and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
