Job summary

Legends is seeking a Lead Cook to oversee day-to-day operations of the Concessions and Premium kitchens. You will coordinate opening/closing duties, prep work, stock rotation, and daily reporting under the Executive Chef's guidance.

You must have culinary training or relevant fast-paced restaurant experience, plus strong English communication. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and availability for extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong interaction and teamwork with staff and service departments.
• Excellent command of English for reading, speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare all food items and open/close duties.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food storage, rotate stock as directed.
• Input daily event sheets and reports, ensure timely production of menu items.
• Follow directions precisely and ensure safety, quality and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments and lead the kitchen team.
