Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead on the line, guiding and supporting junior cooks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Train and coach kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
• Order ingredients from Warehouse, Butcher Shop, Bakeshop, and Garde Manger.
• Collaborate with F&B outlets to ensure guest satisfaction.
