Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification must.
• Two (2) years of experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to established recipes, ensuring flavor, quality and presentation.
• Performs duties to support sanitation, safety, and audits.
• Assembles meal items per pan and portion sizes; completes production records.
• May assist with catering setup, stocking and inventory organization.
• Supports teamwork and training of kitchen staff as lead cook.
