Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and season food to standards quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare items such as salads, appetizers, beef, poultry, seafood.
• Cook across fry, broiler, and garde manger stations.
• Control production: cooking methods, times, temperatures.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and equipment cleanliness.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Support duties consistent with a Lead Cook role.
