Summit, part of Elior North America, is seeking a Cook for our Santa Fe, NM correctional facility kitchen. You will work in a fast-paced, structured environment to prepare meals and ensure safety and quality in every dish.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of high-volume, scratch-cooking experience, strong attention to detail, and customer service skills. This onsite role includes benefits and regular weekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Nice-to-have: Food handlers' certification.
