Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our Santa Fe, NM correctional facility kitchen team. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, focusing on quality meals and safety.

Candidates must pass a background check and have at least one year of culinary experience with scratch cooking; we value attention to detail and teamwork. This is a full-time, onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Food handlers’ certification (nice-to-have).
