Job summary

Elior North America, Summit brand, is hiring a Cook for correctional facility kitchens in Santa Fe, NM. You will join a focused team at the Penitentiary of New Mexico, preparing meals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include at least one year of high-volume culinary experience with scratch cooking, knowledge of proper methods, strong attention to detail, and customer service skills. A food handler's certification is a nice-to-have.
