The role emphasizes training in food service and sanitation, maintaining on-time meal delivery, and upholding portion, appearance, and temperature standards for all items. Supervisory responsibilities are a key focus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and train staff in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meal services begin on time, and ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality.
