Job summary

Miccosukee Casino & Resort is seeking a talented Cook 1 (Lead Cook) to join the Miami kitchen team. You will oversee all stations from prep through service, ensuring consistency, quality, and full compliance with safety standards.

This role requires leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a high-volume kitchen, strong food cost knowledge, and a culinary certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English; Spanish is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Cook in a high-volume operation.
• Proven leadership ability in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run full kitchen service or assigned section.
