Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English; Spanish is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Cook in a high-volume operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Cook 3 team members during shifts.
• Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Adjust preparation levels based on service forecasts.
• Communicate ticket flow effectively with front of the house.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and food safety standards on assigned station.
