This role requires leadership, hands-on execution, and a commitment to safe, sanitary operations. You will manage daily production, assist with menu costing, supervise prep sheets, and guide the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Allergy knowledge and ability to handle guests with allergies urgently.
• Strong knowledge of health codes and food safety practices.
• Willingness to work long hours including weekends/holidays.

Aufgaben

• Assist with daily planning and execution of production, prep, and presentation of all hotel food.
• Lead kitchen team and guide culinary operations while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor costs and assist with budgeting to achieve profitable operation.
• Ensure prep sheets are updated and allergy protocols are followed.
• Attend F&B, BEO, leadership, and safety meetings and set a culinary example.
