Job summary

Legends Hospitality is seeking culinary staff to support all culinary operations under the Executive Culinary Team. The role involves following recipes, producing hot and cold dishes, and expediting events in a fast-paced stadium or venue environment.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of cooking/food prep experience in premium services or concessions, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work late hours, weekends, and holidays. Equipment and sanitation standards must be maintained across stations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of cooking and food prep experience in foodservice, preferably premium services or concessions.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers and management.
• Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Execute station requirements in a timely manner per Executive Culinary Team.
• Follow recipes and cook to desired specifications.
• Assist with mise en place and throughput across hot/c cold stations as needed.
• Support expediting events or service in the absence of senior staff.
• Coordinate with purchasing/warehouse for daily needs and orders.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed.
