Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare and cook food items that meet high standards of taste and presentation, while supporting guests and maximizing food revenues. The position requires strict adherence to hygiene, proper temperatures, and safe handling.

You will follow health and sanitation rules, coordinate orders, assist with stock, and work across multiple stations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral direction.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Observe and apply health and sanitation procedures.
• Prepare, hold and serve products at correct temperatures.
• Rotate, label and date all products properly.
• Use proper utensils and portions at all times.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized and organized.
• Inform management of quantities and quality in prep, line, and holding areas.
• Coordinate orders for timely, accurate cooking.
• Assist with restocking paper supplies and food items as needed.
• Assist other positions when required.
• Perform opening and closing procedures per training manual.
• Work across multiple stations as needed.
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling and kitchen maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
