Meadow Lakes is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team at ASC. You will prepare meals that meet residents’ nutritional needs, follow menus, and maintain high sanitation standards for a safe dining environment.

You will lead kitchen tasks, assemble trays, and ensure proper storage and cleanup. Prior healthcare service experience is preferred, as is a sanitation certification when required by authorities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED (required) or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Sanitation/Safe Food Handling certification.
• Prefer prior institutional/healthcare service experience.

Aufgaben

• Follows recipes and prepares meals meeting residents’ nutritional needs.
• Cooks or prepares meals in quantities to meet demand.
• Leads kitchen staff with food preparation, assembling trays, cleaning, and storage of supplies.
• Maintains a clean and sanitized work area during food preparation and service.
• Handles, stores, and disposes of food in compliance with procedures and regulations.
