Qualifications

• Must meet all regulatory health, training, and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to menus, recipes, and resident preferences.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment in good working order.
• Assist with menu planning and special event meals as requested.
• Monitor food inventory and notify the Culinary Manager of shortages.
• Support compliance with dietary and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned, including support for other departments.
• Depending on experience and performance standing – may be assigned job lead duties and act as support for peers as needed and may rotate duties with other leads.
