Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents following standardized recipes and menus, while ensuring quality, nutrition, and resident satisfaction in a clean, safe kitchen.

You will follow dietary modifications, record temperatures, stock and rotate food, maintain logs, and support dishwashing and dining service as needed. The role offers benefits and opportunities to lead production in absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
