Beaumont is seeking a Cook Manager to lead the kitchen team and oversee the catering service within the Home. You will plan menus, ensure nutritional standards, manage stock and budget, and maintain high hygiene and safety practices.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with the Home Manager, and delivering quality meals with consideration for dietary needs and resident preferences. This is a 30-hour per week on-site position at Beaumont’s Bangor home.

Qualificações

• 2 years relevant experience as a Chef or Cook
• Chef Qualification
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• HACCP Documentation

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct kitchen team to deliver catering services to residents.
• Plan and prepare menus in consultation with Home Manager.
• Plan four weekly menus; manage substitutions and allergen changes.
• Prepare, cook and serve meals meeting dietary requirements and preferences.
• Maintain and monitor budget; keep records and stock control.
• Ensure hygiene and safe food handling per policies; manage stock and deliveries.
• Oversee dining area presentation and staff appraisals.
• Commit to continuous improvement and resident satisfaction.
