Hilton is seeking a Lead Cook to join our Hotels team in Orlando, FL. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing guest orders, and overseeing kitchen stations to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel culinary environments is preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen with high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect all preparations and plates for quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with sanitation protocols.
• Coordinate timing and plating, supervise cooks during shifts, assist with inventory and briefings.
