Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for a correctional facility kitchen in Las Vegas, NM. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations, on-time meals, and adherence to sanitation and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of scratch-cooking experience in a high-volume setting, strong culinary knowledge, attention to detail, and a proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team.
