Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare meals per menus and recipes, considering residents' dietary needs. The cook will supervise dietary staff in the absence of leadership and ensure the kitchen operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, monitoring temperatures, and participating in in-service trainings. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and adherence to confidentiality policies.

Competenze

• Must have experience in dining services.
• Must be Serv-Safe certified, or willing to complete certification within 60 days of hire.
• Basic understanding of food service operations.
• Able to read, write, and perform simple calculations.

Mansioni

• Prepare and present menu items according to approved recipes.
• Supervise dietary staff in absence of Dining Services Director.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and work area at all times.
• Take and record food temperatures three times daily.
