Job summary

Fantasy Springs Resort is seeking a line cook for the POM kitchen. The candidate will prepare food items according to our standards and assist in all areas of kitchen production. Maintaining sanitation and proper rotation of products are essential skills for this role.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in cooking or line cook roles.
• Advanced cooking knowledge and techniques.
• Basic math skills for portioning and scaling.
• Written and spoken English proficiency.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Sanitation certificate and/or Serv Safe license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established standards.
• Assist in all areas of the POM kitchen production.
• Maintain high sanitation and food safety practices.
• Stock and rotate product; monitor inventory as needed.
• Assist in other kitchen areas as required.
• Supervise kitchen in the absence of Chef or Sous chef.
