Position Title: Lead Cook 3

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
2. Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
3. Operate and clean equipment after each use, perform scheduled cleaning.
4. Store, label, and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry, refrigerated, and frozen goods.
5. Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
6. Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate production records and complete documentation, reports, and logs.
8. Assist in cross-training employees.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
