The Beverly Hills Hotel by Dorchester Collection is seeking a Cook 1 Supervisor to lead the Lobby Café and Hotel Bar culinary team. You will help launch new outlets and uphold the highest standards of craft, service, and leadership in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English.
• Experience in hospitality or culinary environment.
• Ability to lead and support kitchen staff across multiple stations.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, set up, clean up and breakdown workstation.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Assist all culinary outlets and work at every kitchen station as needed.
• Collaborate with Culinary Management to achieve daily tasks and help develop teammates.
