Job summary

Tigg's Canteen Services Inc. is hiring a Permanent Full-Time Lead Cook for Marquette County Jail in Marquette MI. You will lead meal preparations, read recipes, and ensure food safety and cleanliness in a structured correctional environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, weekend/holiday flexibility, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and competitive wages.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (between 8:00am - 6:00pm)
• Clearance approval into the facility

Previous food service or kitchen experience would be a plus, but we can train the right person!
