Job summary

Tigg's Canteen Services in Mason, MI is seeking a permanent part-time Lead Cook for Ingham County Jail. You will oversee meal preparation, follow approved recipes, and maintain safety and quality in a structured correctional kitchen.

The role requires the ability to work weekends and holidays on rotating shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and lead the team in cooking, baking, and clean-up. Training provided for the right candidate.
