Job summary

Tigg's Canteen Services Inc in Ionia, MI is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Lead Cook for Ionia County Jail. The role requires leadership in the kitchen, strict adherence to recipes, and the ability to work in a structured, correctional environment.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with a benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, and more. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and 8:30am–6:30pm shifts is needed. Training is available for the right candidate.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (between 8:30am - 6:30pm)10-hour shifts.
• Clearance approval into the facility

Previous food service or kitchen experience would be a plus, but we can train the right person!
