Job summary
TrueML is seeking a Product Manager to own legacy systems and lead a cross-functional team focused on improving AI-driven recovery workflows for distressed borrowers. You will interface with clients, Client Success, Operations, and Compliance to translate needs into deliverable software while guiding domain teams on the new platform.
You will drive prioritization, definition of success, and clear problem statements, balancing what clients configure with what the consumer sees.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management with revenue impact in fintech or regulated finance.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning engineering, design, and domains.
- Strong communication and ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and backlog for the systems, setting direction and priorities.
- Engage clients, Client Success, Operations, and Compliance to uncover true needs.
- Coordinate with domain teams rebuilding on the new platform, ensuring alignment and timing.
- Triage escalations with Legal and Compliance to meet FDCPA, Reg F, and TCPA requirements.
- Define migration plans and runbooks to ensure smooth transitions and operational readiness.
