Job summary

Salient is hiring a Lead Product Manager for its omnichannel agent product. You will own the roadmap, define success metrics, and shape how the agent talks to customers across voice, text, email, and chat.

The role blends hands-on product work with building a future product team and partnering with servicing and engineering to move fast and stay compliant. You will listen to calls, observe ops, and write specs that engineers respect, while prioritizing reliability, latency, and risk-aware

Qualifications

• Has shipped LLM-powered products to real users.
• Able to listen to calls and work with ops teams.
• Writes clear specs and communicates with risk committees.
• Rigorous about measurement and data-driven decisions.
• Experience mentoring product managers.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap across voice, text, email, and chat for the agent product.
• Define metrics: containment, resolution rate, escalation, handle time, CSAT, errors.
• Convert servicing workflows into configurable product modules.
• Improve time-to-live from signed to production.
• Establish guardrails for FDCPA, TCPA, UDAAP, and state rules.
• Define discovery, specs, and instrumentation for the product org.
