Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or IAVM designation.
• 3+ years’ experience as an Event Manager in convention centers, hotels, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-citywide events, conventions, trade shows, associations, and consumer events from move-in to breakdown.
• Coordinate with sales, client services, and contractors to gather information and execute plans.
• Prepare event documentation, schedules, and diagrams for departments.
