Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or IAVM designation required.
• 5+ years’ experience as an Event Manager in a convention center or similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all event operations and on-site management.
• Coordinate vendor labor and services for city-wide events.
• Lead site visits with clients and sales teams.
• Ensure safety compliance with City of Houston Fire Codes.
• Produce detailed event documentation and diagrams.
