Mars Wrigley in Albany, GA is seeking a Sr Controls Technician to own PCIS systems in production areas and drive maintenance excellence. You will lead small controls projects, train technicians, and act as the technical expert for automation and controls in the assigned area.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with a focus on installation, troubleshooting and plant-wide collaboration to reduce downtime and losses.

Formación

• Experience with Rockwell/Siemens controls environments.
• Strong PLC/HMI troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead small controls projects and mentor technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small-scale controls projects from scoping to documentation.
• Identify automation improvements to enhance performance.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and policy compliance in all work.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and production teams.
• Mentor Controls Technicians and develop training materials.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and system knowledge expansion.
