Mars Wrigley- Albany, GA is seeking a Sr Controls Technician to own the PCIS systems in production, drive maintenance excellence, and lead small controls projects. You will coach a team of Controls Technicians and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to upgrade equipment and processes.

The role requires a technical degree with 5–10 years in instrumentation, electrical, and factory controls, plus strong PLC/HMI knowledge and the ability to train others.

Formación

• 2-year technical degree or certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Controls or Automation or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in Instrumentation & Electrical, Electronics, and Factory Controls & IT with production system troubleshooting.
• 5–10 years in a controls function within a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small-scale controls projects from scoping to implementation and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation improvements and implement performance enhancements.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and company policies in all controls work.
