Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Controls or Electrical Engineering or similar field
• Minimum 5 years in controls engineering in power generation/electrification
• Minimum 2 years in control NPI process
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Define/drive control system architecture for data center and large hybrid power solutions
• Harmonize control strategies across equipment, plant, and system levels
• Create frameworks for functional requirements, control philosophy, operability constraints, protection strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across controls engineering, product management, and other units
• Communicate requirements and system operability needs across teams and stakeholders
• Lead cross-business NPI initiatives to address gaps in control solutions
• Support lifecycle of new control products from concept to deployment
• Coordinate system simulation testing to meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements
• Contribute to strategic planning and integration of controls products and services
