EnabLED Energy LLP is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accurate, scalable accounting operations for a growing, project-based business serving mission-critical facilities across the United States and Canada.

You will own the monthly close, GAAP financial reporting, internal controls, and project accounting while partnering with the CFO and cross-functional teams to deliver clear, actionable insights and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA license or active candidacy is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with close, reporting, controls, budgeting, audit or tax
• Controller or Assistant Controller experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting operations for U.S. and Canadian entities with complete, accurate records.
• Own month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, journaling, adjustments, documentation.
• Prepare GAAP-aligned financial statements and leadership dashboards.
• Establish internal controls, policies, and procedures with the CFO.
• Oversee project accounting including revenue recognition, WIP, costs, and margins.
