Qualifications

3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience w/ leadership experience.
Urgency and drive, resilience, competitive mindset, strong organization, clear communication.
Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Source and screen top talent using recruiting tools, ATS and social media platforms.
Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
Recruit top consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle.
Develop sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologies, including AI tools.
Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions.
Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews to qualify candidates for open positions.
Perform thorough reference checks.
Negotiate pay rates.
Interact with clients and attend meetings.
Collaborate with compliance on onboarding to focus on recruiting and pipeline building.
