Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Washington, DC area team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles across commercial and federal accounts, building strong pipelines and engaging top talent through modern sourcing tools.

You will conduct interviews, reference checks, and negotiate offers, partnering closely with clients and internal compliance teams to accelerate onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience in commercial and federal environments.
• Proven track record of successful placements and performance.
• Experience recruiting technical roles across IT, engineering, or professional services.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
