Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an experienced Contents Supervisor to lead our Contents Division. You will oversee pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and documentation, ensuring accurate estimates and high customer satisfaction.

You will mentor technicians, improve processes, and partner with Mitigation, Reconstruction, Accounting, and Administrative teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and protect clients' belongings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contents restoration or related field.
• Strong organizing and documentation skills.
• Experience estimating with Xactimate.
• Familiarity with contents tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial contents projects from inspection to disposition.
• Perform field inspections and develop restoration strategies.
• Prepare scopes of work for pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-back operations.
• Review contents estimates with Xactimate and Contents Track.
• Coach and develop Contents Technicians and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, warehouse activities, and transportation logistics.
