Job summary

Bristol Industries LLC in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Construction Surveillance Engineer (CSE) to support Navy construction efforts at NAS Corpus Christi and Kingsville. You will coordinate outages, permits, and haul routes, attend meetings, and prepare reports and cost estimates for modifications.

The role requires seven years of experience in construction management or QC, familiarity with scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project), and USACE CQM certification or the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years as Construction Manager, Field Engineer, Project Engineer or QC Manager on large facilities.
• Knowledge of scheduling methods and Primavera/SureTrak/P3/P6 usage.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Familiar with Federal building design criteria and CQC processes.
• Ability to read plans, perform cost estimates, and manage RFI workflows.
• Must hold or obtain CQM certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outages, permits, and haul routes for construction.
• Attend meetings, take notes, brief leadership, and provide reports.
• Review submittals designated for Government approval.
• Analyze construction schedules and provide notes on progress diagrams.
• Monitor CQC compliance and safety requirements.
• Prepare CRRs, CCCNs, and independent cost estimates for changes.
• Maintain electronic records and assist with final inspections.
• Support field pay estimates with contractor reps.
