Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a construction superintendent or similar role.
• OSHA 30 Construction and OSHA Fall Protection Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Knowledge of local and federal building codes, OSHA, and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, leads, and coordinates project activities and objectives.
• Ensures compliance with safety programs and conducts daily inspections.
• Reviews and processes change orders and monitors project performance.
