Job summary

The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for monitoring worker productivity, adhering to schedules, and enforcing safety regulations on-site. A High School diploma and OSHA certifications are essential, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as an Assistant Superintendent or in a similar construction role.
• On-the-job training and knowledge of construction required.
• Must have OSHA 30 Construction and Fall Protection Certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Superintendent to supervise construction activities.
• Enforce subcontractor assignment and scope of work.
• Monitor project schedule, quality, and safety adherence.
