Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience; varies by project size and complexity.
• Decision-making under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review progress, costs, schedules, and requirements with Project Manager/Superintendent.
• Participate in preconstruction planning and budget review.
• Direct subcontractors and BB Construction field personnel per scope and policies.
• Coordinate site activities, safety, quality control, and testing documentation.
• Assist in project closeout and transition to customer.
• Build effective relationships with customers, design teams, and suppliers.
