Job summary

Eastern Commercial seeks a Project Superintendent to lead daily field operations, ensuring safe, on-time, high-quality construction. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards on complex commercial projects.

You will mentor field staff, serve as liaison to Owners and inspectors, and maintain Procore-based documentation to support closeout and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7–15 years of field experience on commercial projects valued at $25M+.
• Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; OSHA 30/Blue Card/Procore cert.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, supervising field activities and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA/compliance.
• Plan and manage schedule updates and look-aheads.
• Coordinate inspections, quality control, and documentation in Procore.
• Mentor field staff and liaise with Owners, A/E teams, and inspectors.
